Overview
The HoneyStick Elf Canndy Mini was tiny. Like, actually fits-in-your-coin-pocket tiny. The name comes from its candy-colored finishes, and the whole point of this battery was portability over everything else.

Most batteries add features. The Canndy Mini took them away. No voltage settings, no display, no modes. Just a button and a battery small enough to vanish in your palm.
Note: HoneyStick discontinued this product. We're keeping this review up for people who already own one.
Design & Build Quality
At about 2 inches tall without a cartridge, the Canndy Mini was one of the smallest 510 batteries you could buy. The pastel pinks, blues, and purples stood out from the usual black-and-metal vape gear. It looked more like a lipstick than a vape battery.
HoneyStick made this thing genuinely pocketable. Coin pocket? Works. Small purse pocket? Works. Even a wallet card slot if you're creative. If regular batteries feel too bulky, this solved that.
Build quality was fine for a budget mini. Felt solid in hand, and the 510 threading connected smoothly.
Size Considerations
Half-gram cartridges looked best on the Canndy Mini. Balanced proportions. Full-gram carts work fine but look a bit top-heavy, like a lollipop. If aesthetics matter to you, stick with shorter carts.
Features
Simple Button Operation
One button does everything:
- 5 clicks: Power on/off
- Press and hold: Fire
- LED indicator: Battery level and status
No voltage adjustment. No preheat modes. No menus to scroll through. Press, inhale, done.
Fixed Voltage Output
The Canndy Mini runs at a fixed 3.7V. Can't change it. This middle-ground voltage works with most cartridges:
- Decent vapor production
- Acceptable flavor for casual use
- Handles most oil thicknesses
You can't dial in the perfect voltage for a specific cart, but if you just want to vape without thinking about settings, fixed output keeps it simple.
Compact Battery
The 280mAh battery is small because it has to be. A bigger battery would make it... not mini. This capacity suits quick sessions throughout the day, not hour-long vape marathons.
Performance
Day to day, the Canndy Mini worked fine as a grab-and-go battery. The 3.7V output put out decent vapor with standard cartridges. Flavor wasn't as dialed-in as adjustable batteries can get, but most casual users won't notice.
Button worked reliably. Output stayed consistent until the battery died. The LED cycled through colors to show remaining charge.
The Canndy Mini's strength was pure convenience. Always in a pocket, always ready. A lot of people kept one as a backup for when they forgot their main battery.
Battery Life
Small battery means frequent charging:
- Light users (5-10 puffs/day): 1-2 days between charges
- Moderate users (15-20 puffs/day): Daily charging
- Heavy users: Multiple charges per day
The upside? Charges fast. Under an hour from dead to full via USB.
Best for people who can top up regularly, or as a secondary device when you're out and about.
Who Was This For?
Good fit for:
- Portability-first people who want the smallest possible device
- Casual users taking occasional puffs throughout the day
- People who like the candy color look
- Anyone wanting a backup battery that actually fits in a pocket
- Beginners who want dead-simple operation
Not great for:
- Heavy users who need battery life
- People who like adjusting voltage
- Users of big full-gram cartridges
- Anyone wanting premium features
The Bottom Line
The HoneyStick Elf Canndy Mini went all-in on minimalism. It didn't try to win on features, battery life, or performance. Just portability. And there, it did the job.
If you kept leaving your battery at home because it was too bulky, or you wanted something cute that fit anywhere, the Canndy Mini made sense. Limited battery and fixed voltage are real trade-offs, but that's the price of truly compact.
This one's discontinued. If you already own one, hopefully this helps. For current HoneyStick compact options, check out the Elf THC 510 Stick Battery, or browse the HoneyStick brand page for their full lineup.
