The OXVA ONEO is a high-performance pod system that bridges the gap between simple pod vapes and more advanced sub-ohm setups. With 40W maximum output and mesh coil technology, it delivers exceptional flavor and vapor production in a compact, buttonless package.
This guide covers everything you need to know to get the most from your ONEO, from initial setup through advanced tips and troubleshooting.

Device Anatomy
Main Body
The aluminum alloy body houses the 1600mAh battery and draw-activated sensor. The ergonomic shape fits comfortably in hand, and the device stands upright on flat surfaces. The USB-C charging port is located on the bottom.
Pod Cartridge
The PCTG pod cartridge holds 3.5ml of e-liquid (2ml in TPD regions) with an integrated mesh coil. Pods attach magnetically to the top of the device. The side-fill port is sealed with a silicone plug.
Airflow Control
The small airflow slider on the back of the device adjusts draw resistance from tight MTL to open DTL. Push the slider toward the mouthpiece for more airflow, toward the base for less.
RGB Light Strip
The LED strip around the pod connection serves as a battery indicator during use and provides customizable lighting effects.
First-Time Setup
Step 1: Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge your ONEO:
- Connect the included USB-C cable to the device's bottom port
- Connect the other end to a USB power source (5V recommended)
- The LED will pulse during charging
- Wait for a solid LED (approximately 60 minutes from empty)
Step 2: Fill Your Pod
- Remove the pod from the device by pulling straight up
- Locate the silicone fill port on the side of the pod
- Lift the silicone plug to expose the fill hole
- Insert your e-liquid bottle nozzle and fill slowly
- Stop below the max fill line—do not overfill
- Press the silicone plug firmly closed
- Wait 5-10 minutes for the coil to saturate (critical for new pods)
Important: Never fill through the center airflow tube. This will flood the coil and cause gurgling or leaking.
Step 3: Insert and Vape
- Align the pod with the device and press down until it clicks
- Verify the pod sits flush with no gaps
- Inhale from the mouthpiece to activate and vape
No button presses required—the device fires automatically when you inhale.

Maximum vapor and flavor. Open the airflow fully for a satisfying DTL experience. Uses more e-liquid and battery but delivers sub-ohm tank performance.
Adjusting Airflow
The side-mounted airflow slider controls draw resistance:
- Locate the small slider on the back of the device
- Push toward the mouthpiece (up) for more airflow (looser draw)
- Push toward the base (down) for less airflow (tighter draw)
Recommendations:
- MTL vaping: Close or nearly close the airflow
- Restricted DTL: Set airflow to middle position
- Open DTL: Fully open the airflow
Note: The slider is small and requires firm pressure to move. Once set, it stays in position during normal use.
LED Battery Indicator
The RGB light strip indicates battery level when you inhale:

When the LED flashes red repeatedly during a draw, the battery is critically low and needs charging.
RGB Light Customization
Customize the LED effects by taking three quick puffs within 1.5 seconds. Each triple-puff cycles through modes:
- Colorful Marquee - Flowing color pattern
- Fade-In Effect - Gradual color transitions
- Breathing Light - Pulsing single color
- Lights Off - LED disabled except for battery indicator
The selected mode persists until changed.
Charging
Standard Charging
- Connect USB-C cable to the bottom port
- Connect to a 5V USB power source
- LED pulses during charging
- LED turns solid when fully charged
- Disconnect cable
Charging time: Approximately 60 minutes from empty thanks to 5V/2A fast charging.
Charging Tips
- Use a quality USB-C cable (the included cable works well)
- Phone chargers (5V/1-2A) work perfectly
- Avoid high-voltage fast chargers designed for phones (may damage battery)
- Don't leave charging unattended overnight
- The device cannot be used while charging
Quick Top-Up
A 10-minute charge adds significant battery life. If leaving home with low battery, even a brief charge helps substantially.
Pod Replacement
Replace pods when you notice:
- Muted or reduced flavor
- Burnt or off taste
- Decreased vapor production
- Visible residue buildup in the pod
- More than 2 weeks of regular use
How to Replace
- Remove the old pod by pulling straight up
- Dispose of the old pod properly (contains battery and electronic components)
- Fill a new pod following the instructions above
- Wait for saturation before vaping
- Insert the new pod and enjoy
Extending Pod Life
- Avoid very sweet e-liquids (sweetener gunks coils faster)
- Don't chain vape (allow wick to re-saturate between puffs)
- Keep e-liquid level above minimum
- Store device upright when possible
Maintenance
Daily Care
- Wipe the mouthpiece to remove condensation
- Check that the pod is seated properly
- Ensure airflow slots are clear of debris
Weekly Care
- Remove the pod and clean the magnetic contacts with a dry cotton swab
- Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth
- Check the charging port for lint or debris
