Can You Vape in Alabama? 2026 Laws, ENDS Directory & New Retail Permits

Alabama requires all vape products to be listed on its ENDS Directory and manufactured in the US. Convenience stores can only sell FDA-authorized tobacco and menthol flavors, while specialty vape shops need a $1,000 annual permit. A $0.10/mL excise tax takes effect October 2026.
