Can You Vape in Mississippi? 2026 ENDS Directory, Penalties & Product Guide

Mississippi's ENDS Directory law (HB 916) took full effect in December 2025, banning the sale of non-FDA-authorized vape products. There's no state excise tax on vapes, no statewide indoor vaping ban, and no flavor ban, but the product directory has eliminated most disposables and bottled e-liquids from shelves.
