Overview
The Yocan Pillar is a portable e-rig featuring water filtration and TGT coil technology. Unlike dry concentrate pens, the Pillar uses a glass bubbler to cool and smooth vapor before inhalation, providing a more comfortable dabbing experience.

Getting Started
Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge your Yocan Pillar:
- Locate the USB-C port on the battery base
- Connect the included USB-C cable
- Connect to a USB power source (5V/0.8A or higher)
- LED indicators will show charging status
- Allow approximately 2 hours for a complete charge
- LEDs will indicate full charge when complete
Important: Use the included cable or a quality USB-C cable. Avoid high-powered fast chargers exceeding 5V/2A.
Assembling the Device

Attach the glass bubbler:
- Ensure the silicone seal on the battery base is properly positioned
- Align the glass bubbler straight over the base
- Press down gently until it seats securely
- Do not twist or force

- Choose either the TGT P Coil or TGT Quad Coil
- Thread the coil into the atomizer base (hand-tight only)
- Do not overtighten

Add water:
- Remove the glass bubbler from the base
- Fill with room temperature water
- Water level should be just above the percolator holes
- Reattach the bubbler to the base
Powering On/Off
- Turn On: Click the power button 5 times rapidly within 2 seconds
- Turn Off: Click the power button 5 times rapidly within 2 seconds
The LED indicators will flash to confirm power on/off.
Understanding the Coils
TGT P Coil (Ceramic Donut)
The ceramic donut coil provides:
- Even, gradual heating across a flat surface
- Maximum flavor preservation
- Best for low-temperature dabs
- Ideal for live resin and terp-rich concentrates
- Slower heat-up time
Best at: 3.2V - 3.7V settings
TGT Quad Coil (Quartz Rods)
The quad quartz coil provides:
- Four quartz rods for rapid heating
- Larger vapor production
- Faster heat-up time
- Better for thick, stubborn concentrates
- More intense effects
Best at: 3.7V - 4.2V settings
Changing Coils
- Power off the device
- Remove the glass bubbler
- Unscrew the current coil from the atomizer base
- Thread in the new coil (hand-tight)
- Reassemble the device
Water Filtration
Filling the Bubbler
- Remove the glass bubbler from the battery base
- Fill with clean, room temperature water
- Water level should be approximately 1-2cm above the percolator holes
- Do not overfill—excess water will splash into the mouthpiece

Usage Instructions
Loading Concentrate
- Power on the device (5 clicks)
- Remove the glass bubbler to access the coil
- Use the included dab tool to place a small amount of concentrate on the coil
- Start with a rice-grain sized amount
- Place concentrate in the center of the coil
- Replace the glass bubbler
Tips:
- Do not overload—excess concentrate can overflow and clog airflow
- Room temperature concentrates are easier to handle
- For ceramic donut coil, place concentrate directly on the ceramic surface
- For quad coil, place concentrate between the quartz rods
On-Demand Mode
- Power on the device (5 clicks)
- Load concentrate onto the coil
- Select your voltage (3 clicks to cycle)
- Inhale slowly while holding the power button
- Release the button and continue inhaling briefly
- Exhale
The device has a 30-second safety cutoff. For longer sessions, release and press again.
Auto Mode
- Power on the device (5 clicks)
- Load concentrate onto the coil
- Select your voltage (3 clicks to cycle)
- Double-click the power button to start auto mode
- The device heats for 30 seconds automatically
- Inhale at your own pace during the session
- Session ends automatically after 30 seconds

Changing Voltage
- With the device powered on, click the button 3 times rapidly
- LED lights indicate current setting
- Continue clicking 3 times to cycle to the next setting

Recommendations:
- Start at 3.2V and increase if vapor is insufficient
- Lower voltages preserve terpenes for better flavor

Airflow Adjustment
The airflow control ring is located on the battery base:
- Tighter airflow (clockwise): Concentrated flavor, restricted draw
- Looser airflow (counter-clockwise): Bigger clouds, easier draw
Experiment to find your preferred setting. Many users prefer medium airflow for balanced performance.

Charging Tips

Maintenance
Daily Care
After each session:
- Empty water from the bubbler
- Rinse the glass with warm water
- Wipe the mouthpiece clean
- Allow to air dry
Do not leave water sitting in the bubbler - it will develop stale taste and potentially mold.
Weekly Cleaning
Glass Bubbler:
- Remove from battery base
- Empty any water
- Fill with isopropyl alcohol (90%+ recommended)
- Let soak for 15-30 minutes
- Shake gently to remove residue
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water
- Allow to dry completely before use
Coil and Atomizer:
- Remove the coil from the atomizer base
- Use a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean the coil
- Clean the atomizer threading and contacts
- Allow to dry completely before reassembly
Deep Cleaning
For stubborn residue:
- Soak glass bubbler overnight in isopropyl alcohol
- Use pipe cleaners or small brushes for hard-to-reach areas
- For coils with heavy buildup, soak in alcohol for several hours
- Rinse all components thoroughly
- Allow 24 hours to dry completely
Coil Replacement
Replace coils when you notice:
- Degraded flavor (burnt or off taste)

Troubleshooting
Device Won't Power On
- Ensure battery has charge—connect to USB-C charger
- Click exactly 5 times within 2 seconds
- Check that USB-C port is clean
- Try a different charging cable or power source
- Charge for at least 30 minutes before retrying
No Vapor Production
- Verify concentrate is loaded on the coil
- Ensure coil is properly installed and threaded
- Check that glass bubbler is fully seated
- Increase voltage setting
- Clean the coil—residue buildup can block vapor

Weak or Harsh Vapor
- Adjust voltage—lower for smoother, higher for more vapor

Water Splashing Into Mouth
- You have overfilled the bubbler

- Battery may be too low—charge the device

Coil Heating Unevenly
