Usage Instructions
Preparing the Chamber
- Remove the mouthpiece by gently pulling it from the body
- Grind your herb to a medium-fine consistency (similar to dried oregano)
- Load the chamber:
- Use the cleaning brush or a small tool to funnel herb into the chamber
- Fill to approximately 80% capacity
- Do not pack too tightly; herb needs airflow for proper heating
- Replace the mouthpiece securely
Loading Tips:
- Finely ground herb extracts more evenly
- Avoid overpacking, which restricts airflow
- A light tamp is acceptable; aggressive packing is not
- Fresh, properly cured herb produces the best vapor
Basic Operation
- Power on the device (5 rapid clicks)
- Wait for heat-up (approximately 30 seconds)
- Feel for haptic feedback indicating ready temperature
- Inhale slowly through the mouthpiece
- Draw for 5-10 seconds with gentle, steady inhalation
- Exhale and enjoy
- Repeat until session ends (180 seconds) or herb is spent
Tips for Best Results:
- Slow, steady draws work better than quick, hard pulls
- Allow a few seconds between draws for the chamber to reheat
- Stir herb mid-session for more even extraction
- Higher temperatures extract more; lower temperatures taste better
Temperature Settings
Cycle through temperatures by single-clicking the power button during a session:
| Setting | Temperature | LED Indication | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 360°F | Color 1 | Maximum flavor, light vapor |
| 2 | 380°F | Color 2 | Balanced flavor and vapor |
| 3 | 410°F | Color 3 | Increased vapor production |
| 4 | 440°F | Color 4 | Maximum extraction, dense clouds |
Temperature Selection Guide:
360°F (Low):
- Best for flavor enthusiasts
- Preserves terpenes and delicate compounds
- Light, wispy vapor
- Ideal for fresh, high-quality herb
- Herb remains greenish after session
380°F (Medium-Low):
- Good balance of flavor and visible vapor
- Suitable for everyday use
- Slightly more pronounced effects than lowest setting
- Herb turns light brown
410°F (Medium-High):
- Prioritizes vapor production over pure flavor
- Satisfying clouds with decent flavor
- More complete extraction
- Herb turns medium brown
440°F (High):
- Maximum extraction and vapor density
- Some flavor degradation at this temperature
- Best for users prioritizing effects over taste
- Herb turns dark brown
- Useful for finishing sessions started at lower temps
Session Timer
Each session runs for exactly 180 seconds (3 minutes). The device will:
- Vibrate to indicate session is ending
- Auto-shutoff after 180 seconds
- Display LED indication of session complete
Extending Your Session:
- The SYNDR cannot extend beyond 3 minutes per session
- To continue, simply power on again immediately after shutoff
- Back-to-back sessions are acceptable
Haptic Feedback
The SYNDR vibrates at key moments:
| Vibration Pattern | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Single vibration at startup | Device heating |
| Double vibration | Ready to vape (target temperature reached) |
| Single vibration near end | Session ending soon |
