Vaping is legal for Indiana adults 21 and older. Since July 1, 2026, regulated businesses cannot handle foreign adversary e-liquid or e-liquid products unless a federal review exception applies. Empty device hardware is excluded. Indiana also has a 30% vape tax and local indoor bans.
