Overview

The Lookah Seahorse Max is a premium electric nectar collector featuring an integrated glass bubbler for water-filtered hits. With a 950mAh battery, dual included quartz coils, and a unique arc stand for desktop use, it delivers smooth, cooled vapor for an elevated dabbing experience.

This manual provides complete instructions for setup, operation, water filtration, and maintenance of your Seahorse Max.

Getting Started

Initial Charge

Fully charge the device before first use:

1. Connect the micro-USB cable to the charging port
2. Connect to a 5V USB power source
3. LED indicates charging status
4. Full charge takes approximately 45 minutes
5. The LED changes when charging is complete

Note: The micro-USB connector must be inserted with correct orientation (logo side up typically).

Assembly

1. Attach the glass bubbler:

   • Ensure the device is off
   • Align the glass bubbler with the top connection
   • Press down gently until secure
   • The bubbler should sit firmly without wobbling

2. Attach the quartz tip:

   • Screw a quartz tip onto the 510 thread at the base
   • Tighten until secure but don't overtighten

3. Add water:

   • Fill bubbler with approximately 15-20ml of water
   • Water should cover the percolation holes
   • Do not overfill - water should not splash during use

4. Position on stand:

   • Place the assembled device in the arc stand
   • The stand angles the device for optimal dabbing position

Powering On/Off

• Turn On: Click the power button 5 times rapidly
• Turn Off: Click the power button 5 times rapidly

The LED will flash to confirm power state changes.

LED Indicator Guide

Voltage Settings:

Note: Some units may show different LED colors (Green/Blue/Purple or Blue/Purple/White). Refer to the LED behavior when cycling to identify low/medium/high settings.

Usage Instructions

Manual Mode Operation

1. Assemble device with bubbler and water
2. Power on (5 clicks)
3. Select voltage (double-click to cycle)
4. Position the device in the arc stand
5. Place concentrate in a heat-resistant container in front of the stand
6. Press and hold the power button to heat the tip
7. Touch the heated tip to concentrate while inhaling through the mouthpiece
8. Release the button and enjoy filtered vapor
9. Repeat as desired, allowing brief cooling between hits

Important: Maximum continuous heating in Manual Mode is 20 seconds. The device will auto-cutoff to prevent overheating.

Auto Mode Operation

Auto Mode allows hands-free heating:

1. Power on the device (5 clicks)
2. Select voltage (double-click)
3. Triple-click within 1.5 seconds to activate Auto Mode
4. The device preheats automatically (LED will indicate)
5. Once heated, dab for up to 30 seconds without holding the button
6. Session ends automatically after 30 seconds

Auto Mode is ideal for:

• Using with the arc stand
• Extended dabbing sessions
• Times when holding the button is inconvenient

Using as a 510 Battery

The Seahorse Max works with 510 cartridges:

1. Power off the device
2. Unscrew the quartz tip
3. Remove the glass bubbler (optional - may be too tall with bubbler)
4. Attach your 510-threaded cartridge
5. Power on (5 clicks)
6. Select voltage appropriate for your cartridge
7. Inhale while holding the power button

Voltage recommendations:

• Thin oils: 3.2V (Green)
• Medium oils: 3.6V (Blue)
• Thick oils: 4.1V (Purple)

Water Filtration Tips

For optimal water-filtered hits:

• Water level: Just above percolation holes
• Water temperature: Room temperature works well; cold water for extra cooling
• Water type: Distilled water prevents mineral buildup
• Frequency: Change water every 2-3 sessions
• Avoid: Overfilling, which causes splashing

Care & Maintenance

Cleaning the Glass Bubbler

Regular bubbler cleaning ensures pure flavor:

Quick clean (after each session):

1. Empty the water
2. Rinse with warm water
3. Shake to remove residue
4. Air dry or refill with fresh water

Deep clean (weekly):

1. Empty the bubbler
2. Fill with isopropyl alcohol (90%+)
3. Add coarse salt for scrubbing action
4. Cover openings and shake vigorously
5. Let soak 15-30 minutes for stubborn buildup
6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water
7. Air dry completely before use

Important: Never use the bubbler if alcohol odor remains. Rinse thoroughly.

Cleaning the Quartz Tips

1. Allow the tip to cool completely (5+ minutes)
2. Unscrew the tip from the device
3. Soak in isopropyl alcohol for 15-30 minutes
