Overview
The HoneyStick MiniMax Pro is a stealth 510 battery shaped like a car-key fob. Your cartridge loads inside the housing and stays completely hidden, and a push-button flip mechanism ejects it when you want to vape. It adds variable voltage and a preheat function on top of the disguise, so you get real control in a discreet package.
This guide covers setup, daily operation, charging, and troubleshooting.

Getting Started
Initial Charge
- Connect the Micro-USB cable to the charging port on the device
- Plug into a computer or wall adapter
- The LED indicates charging status
- Charge fully before first use
- The LED changes when the charge is complete
Loading a Cartridge
- Open the fob and locate the internal cartridge pocket
- Screw your 510 cartridge onto the threaded connection
- Turn clockwise until snug; do not overtighten
- Seat the cartridge into the pocket so the housing can close over it
Cartridge size: The pocket fits standard 510 carts up to about 11.6mm wide. Both slim and wider cartridges work as long as they fit.
Powering On & Off
- Turn On: Click the button 5 times rapidly
- Turn Off: Click the button 5 times rapidly
- The LED flashes to confirm the power state
Powering off when you're not using it prevents accidental firing while the device is on your keychain.
Operating the MiniMax Pro
Selecting Voltage
The MiniMax Pro has three variable voltage settings. Click the button 3 times to cycle through them. The LED color tells you which level you're on:

Start low and work your way up to find the sweet spot for your cartridge.
Using the Preheat Function
Preheat gently warms the oil so it flows and vaporizes better. It's especially useful with thick concentrates or in cold weather.
- With the device on, double-click the button to start preheat
- The device warms the cartridge without a full-power draw
- Double-click again to stop preheat early
- Once warmed, vape normally
Taking a Draw
- Turn the device on (5 clicks)
- Select your voltage (3 clicks to cycle)
- Use the flip mechanism to expose the cartridge mouthpiece
- Press and hold the button while inhaling
- Release the button when you finish your draw
Ejecting & Hiding the Cartridge
The push-button flip mechanism pops the cartridge out so you can hit it, then tucks it back inside the housing. When the cartridge is stowed, the device looks like an ordinary key fob. That's the whole point.

How to Charge
- Connect the Micro-USB cable to the device
- Plug into a power source
- The LED indicates charging
- Unplug when the charge completes
Battery Life
The 650mAh battery provides:
- Light users: 2-3 days between charges
- Moderate users: Roughly a day
- Heavy users: Daily charging, sometimes a midday top-up
Charging Tips
- Use the included Micro-USB cable or any standard Micro-USB cable
- Top up before the battery fully depletes
- Don't leave the device charging unattended overnight
- Charge at room temperature for best battery health
Care & Maintenance
Cleaning
- Wipe the 510 connection with a dry cotton swab to clear oil residue
- Keep the cartridge pocket free of leaked oil and debris
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth
- Keep the button area clear so it doesn't stick
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Power the device off before stowing it on your keychain
- Remove the cartridge for long-term storage to prevent leaks
Safety Information
- Keep away from children and pets
- Do not use the device if it's damaged or the battery is swollen
- Stop use if the device overheats and let it cool
- Charge only with a compatible Micro-USB cable
- Do not expose the battery to extreme heat or water
- Adult use only (21+)
- Dispose of batteries properly through e-waste recycling
Troubleshooting
No Vapor
- Confirm the device is on (5 clicks) and a voltage LED lights when you press
- Check the cartridge is screwed into the 510 connection
- Verify the cartridge has oil
- Clean the connection with a dry cotton swab
- Try a higher voltage or run preheat for thick oil
Burnt or Harsh Taste
- Switch to the 3.6V (blue) low setting
- Take shorter, slower draws
- Check that the cartridge isn't running dry
- Let a freshly filled cart sit a few minutes so the wick saturates
Cartridge Won't Fit
- The pocket fits carts up to ~11.6mm wide and standard height
- Measure oversized or extra-tall carts before forcing them
- Use a slimmer cartridge if yours doesn't seat
Short Battery Life
- Lower the voltage setting
- Avoid leaving preheat running
- Charge before the battery fully depletes
- If life degrades over time, the battery may be aging
