Overview

The HoneyStick Elf THC Box Concealer is a discreet, flip-top battery that completely hides your cartridge from view. With a 550mAh battery, three voltage settings, and draw-activated firing, it offers both convenience and performance.

Getting Started

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge your battery:

1. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the device
2. Connect to a USB power source
3. The LED indicator will show charging status
4. Full charge takes approximately 1-2 hours
5. LED will indicate when charging is complete

Loading a Cartridge

1. Open the flip-top lid by pressing the release
2. Drop your 510 thread cartridge into the chamber, threading-end down
3. Gently press until the cartridge connects with the 510 threading at the bottom
4. Close the flip-top lid securely
5. The cartridge mouthpiece should align with the mouthpiece slot in the lid

Compatible Cartridge Sizes:

• Maximum diameter: 10.5mm
• Maximum length: 54mm (including mouthpiece)

Powering On/Off

• Turn On: Click the button 5 times rapidly
• Turn Off: Click the button 5 times rapidly
• LED flashes to confirm power state change

Voltage Settings

The Box Concealer offers three voltage levels for different cartridge types:

Changing Voltage

1. Ensure the battery is powered on
2. Click the button 3 times rapidly
3. The LED will flash the color of the new setting
4. Each triple-click cycles to the next voltage level

Voltage Recommendations

• Live Resin/Full Spectrum: Start at 2.4V (green) for best flavor
• Standard Distillate: 3.2V (blue) works well for most
• Thick Concentrates: 4.0V (red) for heavy oils that need more heat

Preheat Function

The preheat mode gently warms thick oils before vaping.

Activating Preheat

1. With the battery on, double-click the button
2. The LED will pulse to indicate preheat is active
3. Preheat runs for 15 seconds at 1.8V
4. After preheat completes, take your draw

When to Use Preheat

• Cold temperatures that thicken oil
• Very viscous concentrates
• Cartridges that have been sitting unused
• To ensure smooth first draws

Usage Instructions

Draw-Activated Vaping

The Box Concealer uses draw activation:

1. Turn on the battery (5 clicks)
2. Close the lid with cartridge installed
3. Inhale through the mouthpiece slot
4. The battery activates automatically when you draw
5. LED illuminates during activation

Tips for Best Results

• Start with lower voltage and increase if needed
• Gentle draws work better than hard pulls
• Keep the lid closed during use for proper airflow
• Preheat when needed for thick oils
• Clean the sensor if draw activation becomes unreliable

Charging

How to Charge

1. Connect USB-C cable to the device
2. Connect to a power source (5V/1A recommended)
3. LED indicates charging status
4. Full charge: 1-2 hours

Battery Life

The 550mAh capacity provides:

• Approximately 200-300 puffs per charge
• 1-3 days of typical use
• Longer life at lower voltage settings

Charging Safety

Care & Maintenance

Regular Cleaning

Weekly:

1. Remove the cartridge
2. Use a dry cotton swab to clean the 510 connection
3. Wipe the chamber interior
4. Clean the mouthpiece slot
5. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth

Monthly:

1. Deep clean the chamber with isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab
2. Allow to dry completely before use
3. Inspect the flip-top hinge for debris

Storage

• Store with lid closed
• Keep away from extreme temperatures
• Store upright when possible
• Remove cartridge for long-term storage
• Maintain 40-60% charge for storage

Troubleshooting

No Vapor Production

1. Confirm battery is on (5 clicks)
2. Check cartridge is properly inserted
3. Ensure lid is fully closed
4. Verify cartridge has oil
5. Try a different voltage setting
6. Clean the 510 connection

Draw Activation Not Working

1. Clean the airflow sensor area
2. Ensure lid is properly closed
3. Check for blockages in mouthpiece slot
4. Try drawing more firmly
5. Power cycle the device (off then on)

Cartridge Doesn't Fit

1. Check cartridge dimensions (max 10.5mm × 54mm)
2. Some oversized cartridges won't fit the concealer design

Weak Vapor Output
